Multiline Manager

At Craig Vickers - State Farm Insurance & Financial Services, we help people protect what matters most and prepare for the future through thoughtful insurance and financial services conversations. We are seeking a Multiline Manager who can build strong customer relationships, support new customer onboarding, and help grow the agency across multiple product lines.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with customers, reviewing coverage needs, and helping individuals and families better understand available insurance and financial service options. The right candidate will also support team performance through coaching, communication, and collaboration with our production team members.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Welcome new customers to the agency and support a strong onboarding experience
  • Review customer needs and discuss available insurance and financial service products
  • Identify opportunities to help customers with additional protection options
  • Support conversations related to life insurance and other financial service products, as appropriate
  • Work with team members on customer follow-up, relationship-building, and cross-line opportunities
  • Support agency goals through communication, coaching, and day-to-day collaboration
  • Help maintain a positive, productive, and customer-focused team environment
Qualifications

  • Experience in sales or financial services with a track record of cross-selling or multiline account development
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to guide customer conversations in a professional, educational, and service-oriented manner
  • Leadership skills with the ability to support and encourage team performance
  • Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Must be able to obtain required state insurance licenses
  • Experience with life insurance and financial services conversations is preferred
Compensation

  • Base salary: $75,000
  • Individual bonus opportunities (Range: $0-$25,000)
  • Team bonus opportunities (Range: $0-25,000)

The earnings expectation for this position would be north of $100,000/year if the agency goals are met.
Compensation: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
