- Welcome new customers to the agency and support a strong onboarding experience
- Review customer needs and discuss available insurance and financial service products
- Identify opportunities to help customers with additional protection options
- Support conversations related to life insurance and other financial service products, as appropriate
- Work with team members on customer follow-up, relationship-building, and cross-line opportunities
- Support agency goals through communication, coaching, and day-to-day collaboration
- Help maintain a positive, productive, and customer-focused team environment
- Experience in sales or financial services with a track record of cross-selling or multiline account development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to guide customer conversations in a professional, educational, and service-oriented manner
- Leadership skills with the ability to support and encourage team performance
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Must be able to obtain required state insurance licenses
- Experience with life insurance and financial services conversations is preferred
- Base salary: $75,000
- Individual bonus opportunities (Range: $0-$25,000)
- Team bonus opportunities (Range: $0-25,000)
The earnings expectation for this position would be north of $100,000/year if the agency goals are met.
